Purchased a Tesoro vaquero last month.was driving by COLT STATE PARK today. Decided to walk the beach w my new md. BANG!! 10 min in got a crazy target. Starting digging 6inches down. Pulled up the bottom of an old can and low and behold laying with it was a very nice gold crusifix. An old timer walking by said it looked like porchagieus gold probably 18ct. Definitely. All gold. Pulled plenty of junk too. Was keeping descrimination down. Didn't want to miss anything. Anyway. Will try to post a pic. My kids will have to help with that. Had to tell somebody very excited. Sorry about the spelling errors
