First lock on Sunday's hunt
Hi all:
I was able to get out today for several hours on this gorgeous day.
I hit my new site and concentrated on the area where the former granery was. The homeowner was gone so I had no distractions and got lots of digging in. I found my first lock and some assorted relics: religous medal, big spoon, zipper pull that says "Bath and Body Works," a domed button. (?) I'm not sure if the silver, round thing is a watch fob.
Also dug a bunch of clad, nothing older than 1969. Was the first IH I found here a fluke or what? The current owner did do some bulldozing after they moved in....who knows where the old silver is hiding?!
Thanks for looking and HH,
Michiganne
