Flat button old ring some silver

All my finds from the last few weeks. Maybe a broken gun butt plate but not 100% sure. Very cool brass ring crude looking style to it found at the same spot as the flat button and the butt plate so I'm thinking it's older might not be.

Kaleb, I can't be 100% sure without seeing it in person, but I believe your ring is a "Fur Trade" era Jesuit ring that would have been traded to your local Native Americans & the portion of buttplate could also be from that era................
