Welcome to Tnet.

The most reliable ways are general examination for anatomical features consistent with a skull, and closer examination for cellular structure consistent with bone. Zooming in, I don't see evidence for either. It appears to me to be part of the broken shell of a hollow semi-crystalline geode of purely geological origin.

Jfire45, welcome to Tnet! I agree with the others re: non-bone ID.
