Finally got out for couple hours late this afternoon. Tried getting to one of my spots, but I eventually had to turn around, got tired of moving downed trees / limbs...so I rode back to other side of property, to my secret overhang above the falls like I originally planned to do earlier in the day. Spent about an hour just raking the sand in about a 3 ft by 6 ft area along the drip line where I’d been lucky before......what do you, have my best find in a while and some nice brokes, flake scraper and flakes. This spot needs my full attention, sift to happen. Here’s what i got. Nice triangle, sharpest thing I’ve ever found. All points in tact ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1620434613.876045.jpg

PS. Thanks Ant Mike for the vote of confidence earlier. I was getting ready to post this and read your comment earlier. You were all over it brother. Enjoy. And yes I’m pumped. Another save from the dirt. Sorry I didn’t get pics in the overhang. Next time I’ll share the spot

No problem quinn, that's a good one. Is it translucent?

It’s definitely translucent around all the edges. It’s pretty thick in the middle so not completely. I was trying to ID on projectile point.net Heck I’m not sure what type it is. The edges on this thing are super sharp all the way around. Guess they never got a chance to use this one in the end. Any ID thoughts are always appreciated. Thanks for the look

Nice triangle, pics of the overhang will be interesting too.

I’ve got to head back to NC in a few man. I’ll get picks of this spot in about a week when I get back to my hilltop paradise. This overhang is located above the big waterfall cave I originally posted on here last feb. not the waterfall cave , but up in cliffs above the creek that spills down to create the falls
