Nice! I started off with a BH 500 and that thing was a coin magnet. I was keeping up with 2 buddies who had DFX's & MXT's.
I had a BH 505 found a lot of gold and silver with that machine

That is an awesome find. I don’t recall seeing one posted before. What a unique piece of history… plus it’s gold! Not sure your title is going to attract the attention it deserves. This looks banner worthy to me, even with the hole. Good luck!

Wow! Great find. I have that same machine and I've only used it a couple times now. I'm just not all that patient with the metal detecting formula in finding treasure. I'm a thrift sore, Garage sale, antique shop kind of hunter looking for that one man's trash or the deal of the century. Maybe I'll just put that bounty hunter in the truck and see what I can do with it out on the road.
