🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Found in the rocks along the coast near Santo Domingo

It looks like bone or coral carved into a cameo. Carved roses and leaves are still visible. There was some letters also but I cant read them. Any help with ID is welcome.

It looks like a mouthplate. / fish toothplate.

Like a very worn drumfishes.

Better teeth would make good beads.
