Wow... great assortment of colonial relics! Coins, lead and brass, don’t get much better than that. The buckle is awesome, how those were made by hand, with pride... that it’s still in primo condition is testament of their skills... great saves, Ddf.

Congrats on the unique spill! A 14 on the Nox for a big coin is weird, wonder what kind of material was used? A fatty IHP falls in that range. Congrats!!

Amazing finds congrats! I had a colonial spill once! A really nice CT copper and totally wiped copper. I didn't check the surrounding area too well and my buddy found a KGII that was prob part of the same spill like 2-3 feet away! Shoulda coulda would been mine!!!

How do you know it's a counterfeit? Real crusty coins often read low......sometimes very low.

Well, it is same size and thickness, but lighter, and sounds different when dropped. Plus to ring up that low its a cheap metal
