The round stone looks like it has been heated by the reddish coloration. Hard to tell on the quartz pieces, possibly a core or a scraper. The round stone may have been a grinding stone or used as a hammer stone it looks like is has some use wear on the edges.

Man I don’t see preform. Look like a bunch of rocks to me.

I'd say the quartz pieces in the first 5 pics have been altered by the hand of man. Maybe scrapers or some rough cutting tool.

I think some of these have to be regional differences, if I found any of those round rocks around here they would almost certainly be Native American artifacts, there are no round stones like that around here, not in the creeks or down in the river, everything is flat and angular. But I’ve traveled places where streams are packed with rocks that shape so I can understand both sides
