Found while walking Bart, the family dog

Hello,

These artifacts were all found in one day while walking the family dog, Bart, a German Shepherd - Collie mix. I used to walk Bart for miles on the power line road in Independent Hill, Prince William County, Va. It was hot as balls this particular day and we had had a real gully washer a few days prior to our walk.



Any ideas on what type of point this is? A kirk perhaps?
