My brother found this in Somerset England. He thinks it is French. He would love knowing the age and what the words say, etc.

Eureka. You most certainly solved the riddle! I just forwarded the page to my brother. He said it was "an early Christmas gift" and sends his appreciation as well. He always said it was his oldest find...I guess I'll have to owe him a beer now
