Since the drought has all the lakes down I have been hitting the beaches quite regularly. Areas normally under water are now exposed. I have expected to find much more but the pickins' have been slim. Went out this morning and spent 4 hours and came back with just a little clad and some cookie coins. I have yet to see where other MDers are doing the same thing so I pretty much have several thousand acres to myself! The wind was blowing the sand today like a desert and I got sand in my ears and eyes so bad I finally had to stop and go home to clean out my orfices! Going to give it a rest for awhile and try someting else. Monty

she didnt help you with those screwy suspenders again did she?! that could explain it! ;D

No, didn't wear those suspenders this time....that's it! My pants fell down! :o Monty

At least you got sand. I tripped on a root and fell in the water while wading a freshwater beach since the ice was clear near the shore. I only had on my calf high boots and even got my hat wet. It was a cold ride home I'll tell you. I only found a dime before the dunk.

My son and I took our club to a old abandoned swim area since the water is down,we found a total of 38 rings, one was a class ring that was returned after 20 years.
