When I metal detect, of course search the ground as i look in fields. Have found pottery, glass, arrow heads and clay pipes. But i found these in one field, there was an house site from 1890 to 1940. But I picked up these but found no other arrow heads or anything, other than normal things from old farm house. Someone told me they were Gaming Stones, can some of my Indian artifact guys and gals give me a little history lesson on this one. Thanks

There are gaming stones, I’m gonna go ahead and assume those are mill stones for grinding up various things such as wheat. Someone more knowledgeable can give their input.

They look like clay marbles to me. The larger ones would be "shooters".

I have found a lot of clay marbles. It is not uncommon for them to have a reddish color.

My first thought was a Bennington clay marble from Germany
I found one in a hole with a IH penny.
