I love mine. I use it in the woods all the time. It still gets great depth, and at this time of year, it ploughs through the leaves nicely, getting me some extra depth. It's very sensitive to coin size objects, and you can swing it a little faster too.

I also like it. I have used it and found that it can pick up the smallest of items. Even a small piece of corner foil smaller then a straight pin. With no imaging you must dig everything. I did and had to use my trusty V2 Pinpointer to find it. Real sensitive for the small pieces. Kevin

The sniper coil brings out the best in a Garrett whenever you get into heavy trash or tight spots. You don't lose much depth, and you can usually run the sensitivity higher. Get it you won't regret it.

it works well. the only down side is that its not an imaging coil, but its easy to determine a large target with such a small coil. if you ask me, a small coil is a tool that should be in everyones arsenal! they are so usefull in high trash areas or tight spots.

I have one and use it about all the time.

I use mine in high grass or near any metal fencing and love it, but mainly hunt with the 9.5 Imaging and 12.5 when relic hunting
