Giant Wood Fossil & Cone in Cone
Made a trip out of the area today, took pic's of
a large wood fossil that came out of local mines in Eastern OK
A worker carried it home , with several more, it is a (Sigalaria) I believe, also visited a shale area & found these, (cone in cone),
they resemble a doodle bug hole in the dirt.
I used to hear a little poem--Doodle bug Doodle bug, won't you come home, your house is on fire & your children all gone.
