Glass marble with blue swirl? Is it vintage?

I found this marble in a creek behind a historic house (built in the early 1700s). Unclear to me if it’s hand or machine made, etc. any info is appreciated!

I believe those are called cats eyes. Not sure on age but would guess 1950s and up.

I agree with 20th Century. The true swirl marbles were first invented by about 1850 but they didn't look anything like this one.

Agreed, a Cateye. Appears to be Japanese, 1970s ish.
