I haven't been able to find an exact match, but here's what I know.
It's a Maverick token dating anywhere from the 1800s-early 1900s

The Token and Medal Society defines a “maverick” as a token (or medal) that does not indicate its place of origin. I see the letters “… HICAGO”, which surely must be for Chicago, although I can’t read much of the rest of it.

There’s obviously a company name “…HAS…& CO” around the outside which doesn’t seem to relate to the “B. &. H.” on the other side, but also what looks like “D ALERSIN” above the emblem in the centre:

Google and the usual token resources have been unhelpful.

CORRECTION/ADDITION: It just dawned on me that it's not a name as "D ALERSIN".... it says "DEALERS IN" and presumably the emblem in the centre relates to what type of business this was.

The first part is Chas Pick

Good eyes!

I believe that says "DEALERS IN"

And then there is an image below possibly indicating what they deal in.

But I can't make that out either...

Yes, I corrected that when it dawned on me.

That's what we needed...

Indeed. Bingo! They were suppliers of bar and restaurant equipment. The tokens were produced for customers and usually date from around 1890 - 1900. A kind of "maverick" in the sense that B&H will be the customer establishment initials for a business that wasn't necessarily in Chicago.

Seems that the business (the bar & restaurant ware supplier and token supplier, not the using customer) was founded by Albert Pick in Chicago in 1857 but it was burned out by the Great Fire of 1871. Pick rebuilt and from then on it was largely run by his younger brother Charles (Chas). Charles later renamed the business for himself as “Chas Pick & Co” and it then reverted to its original name when Charles’ son took over in the 1890s (since he was also an “Albert”).

Dates for the company name as “Chas Pick and Co” appear to be 1880-1892
