So today was a marathon detecting day. I started off at the beach detecting both water and sand 2 days after Hurricane Dorian brushed by us in Savannah, GA. Then hit a construction site in Savannah where you have to dig first then detect and it was about 99 degrees today. After digging hard for a few hours we moved on to Sunbury, GA to dig some colonial relics at a permission. Great day. Exhausting day. But the find of the day was this 10K Gold Virgin Mary Anchor Pendant weighing 1.9 grams that I dug this morning at the beach in between the mid and high tide lines.
