Very nice finds! In English we call that weapon a "Flail". For those who don't know, in medieval Ukraine and Russia, lightweight flails with weights of iron, bronze, or bimetallic lead-core weights iron or bronze shells were popular defensive weapons, attached with a leather or rope strap to a wood handle. I've read that they were used by horseback riders to help defend against attacks by wolves while traveling through forests, and they were probably useful defensive weapons against humans too though I do not think they were very effective offensive weapons for use in battle against armored enemies. Many were simple like this or rounded and pear-shaped, others were more complicated with knobs or spikes to inflict more damage to unarmored flesh.

I own a bronze one with knobs and a few iron examples. They tend to be quite light, between 50 and 200 grams though there are of course lighter and heavier outliers.

Now I know how it is correctly called in English.
In fact, we had few defensive weapons.
Armor is very rare.
These are mainly chain mail and plate armor.
There were also thick leather armor.
But finds of protective weapons are very rare in our area.
And Flail is quite a powerful weapon.
those used by riders from wolves.
They are called Wolfhounds.
