Had my very own Life Guard this afternoon at the beach; found a bit of .925

Hi,

Sun came shining through this afternoon...headed to a near-by beach with Hank.

Low tide was not so low at this beach so I hunted mostly dry sand; didn't have time to do the slope...maybe tomorrow.

Hank has a detector and has gone out a few times, but he prefers to walk around sand ( traps , that is) swinging a 9 iron, he loves golf as much as I love detecting.

His first time out detecting , he recovered an 18K Black HillS gold ring...but even that did not convert him to the beach.


Hank's stint as today's Life Guard lasted 30minutes......he spent most of the time at the Bocce court adjacent to the beach.

Cool! I wish I could talk my hubby into coming with me a few times and watching. He could sit in the truck and watch but he just isn't interested in MD'ing at all and thinks it is a stupid hobby.... then again I never liked his hobby of making demo cars and going to the races! LOL
