Would love to know more about this bracelet. Hallmark, as well as what the blue material likely is. It looks painted or fabricated as opposed to real stone, but I could be wrong. Thanks!

Very pretty!

It's Norwegian, by Elvik & Co of Oslo. The blue material is enamelling painted onto the silver, which is then kiln-fired to turn it into something that looks glassy. Datewise, it's 1960s or thereabouts.
