Went back to a spot where I was yesterday and popped two Wheaties, three silvers and a Sterling smiling face. A true silver smile for me today.

So I had found this little hing thing in the hole with the happy face. I kept it because I though part of it may be silver. I didn't think much about it untill I cleaned the dirt from the back of the face. There are two marks where something was soldered to it. After cleaning the hing I realized it was about the same width of the marks on the back of the face. So I put the two pieces together and they align perfectly. Now I'm even more confused as to what this was used for.
