Just getting started in this Hobby, been trying to get into it for a while now I finally broke down and won a White's 4900 DL Max on Ebay just waiting for it to arrive. I cannot wait to get going. I wanted to introduce myself and see if any folks out there in Colorado are also starting out and want to do some hunting together.
I know the 4900 is an older unit and manual ground balance, But I heard that it keeps up with some of the detectors out there today. Anyone use it today on this site? I already found the user manual online so I have been studying that to learn how to use it when it arrives.
