My apologies i meant a martian achondrite or a howardite i have been doing alot if research on it and i bet your next you might say their is no fusion crust i am fully aware of what it looked like compared to what is left of it. Thank you for correcting me much appreciated

Did you find it with a metal detector ?

1st - I noticed this was your first post. So, Welcome Aboard Shinyrock! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... and selecting location information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country)...

2nd - If no one can identify your rock - you might consider posting your pictures on ROCKS/GEMS for more exposure...

No but i did find it about a few weeks after a huge fire

I am with you freeman . I also think you have a picture of a Martian,. I did not know what he meant what a martian stone was till i looked it up. I think he was referring to A METEORITE
