I was using my new metal detector in a dirt and stone root cellar. The black stone is Notched and there were flakes nearby the little arrowhead had a stem and it broke. The beads are pearl, wooden and green stone. And I will post better pics tomorrow. If anyone has any clue what that pink stone is…I love that it looks like a face sorry for the multiples I can’t figure this out any help with identifying anything would be great I live in CT Thanks, Melissa

Very interesting finds Melissa, did all of these come from the inside of a root cellar? :icon_scratch:
It looks to me as if someone who lived there was a collector as well.
I'm no expert, but most of these look to be 'natural' and not native related.

Take a pearl looking bead and run it across the teeth edge.
If it's smooth then they're made of plastic, grainy/gritty texture then they're a real pearl.
The stones look natural though, can't see where they have been worked by man.

Thank you, and, yes, they all came from the root cellar. The arrowhead is the one thing that I was positive about. It was just so fragile that by the time I got it upstairs, the stem was gone and the edges weren’t serrated looking. I was looking for the money and a valuable religious artifact that is hidden. I may make two separate posts because most of the rocks were just pretty, but seemed out of place.
