Help ID arrow head or scraper??

Found this back on new years day at an old cabin site....one side is as smooth as an egg shell, the othe has been worked....can anyone give any clues as to what it is and an age? All help greatly appreciated!

Appears to be a preform or some type of scraper. Difficult to ascertain age on a piece like that...could be old or fairly recent archaeologically speaking. Should be more stuff where that came from though. If you can find a couple of complete points, you could use those to date your site with some degree of accuracy.

End scraper. As Atlantis pointed out, it's pretty much impossible to tell the age unless found in a datable context.
 
Thanks for the help, I am going to try to find some more points, but won't be able to until next month.....the site I go to has yet to be hunted, and is on private land.....
