Help identifying

I found this in one of my fields this past spring, almost hit it with the mower! Not sure what it is, I am guessing some kind of Native American artifact. The bigger hole on the top next to the quarter is about 3/4” deep, about 1 1/4” diameter. It has 3 smaller holes each about 1/2” diameter. Any comments or help identifying it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My first thought was fire drill but I believe those are wood not stone. Sorry.
Not the actual drill stick itself but the part at the top you hold with you hand and the stick spins in that divot.. Usually u make a small indentation that gets bigger and smoother with use

What y'all are speculating about is called a capstone for a bow drill. However, that piece is likely natural--an omarolluk.
