My first question is: Have you checked it out for being gold?
If it is a real coin, then it's Roman. The descriiption will include the word 'radiant' referring to the spiked crown.
On the reverse what appears as '11' is actually part of the letter 'V'; and the '1' is actually the letter 'i'-the first two letters in the word Victoria. The image to the right which appears as a lopsided 'C' is actually a 'G', the last letter of three AVG.
The entire legend would read: Victoria AVG.
