JK on face is printed UNDER the blue fiber. never seen this before on any $2 note. at 25X mag the fiber is on top of the upper left corner of J. this is NOT a stamped artifact.

With so many coin and dollar bill collectors in the US, a bill with JK would have been identified in the books. Also the fact that the JK doesn't appear to be square with the rest of the printing. I'm afraid your is post production.

Clearly post production. The amount of ink bleed to fibers in paper do not happen in currency production. Also no history of such letters appearing in any production lots.
