🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Help with a Stanley tools part

My wife found this while metal detecting on an old family homestead. We are wondering what a Stanley No 5432 is and where this part fits. As always any help would be greatly appreciated. It is 7 3/8" X 3 7/8"

Not sure if the 1939 is the year or not (looks possible) but you can find an old Stanley tools catalog from that year and try to look that way

Just a guess but maybe part of an old Stanley plane. They made hundreds of models

It looks a lot like a piece from a rabbet plane.Stanley made a bewildering array of tools,some of a very specialty niche nature.Good luck on your search.
