Help With Identification

It was suggested to me to post this here in North American Indian Artifacts.

While on a hike near the Potomac River I came across this odd looking stone, not sure what it is any info is greatly appreciated.

So both those pictures are the same. Do you have other views from all six sides? Based on just those picture it appears to be just a geofact.
