i have done some online research. it is possibly the middle paleoindian period north georgia area. core or turtleback scraper but it has tiny crystal formations on ech side if anyon ecan share there expertise i would appreciate it ty..

May have been a "blank" from which pieces were chipped. I don't think it was a tool itself.
