That,s a 6"X8" rock,just kidding man,I couldn,t help myself.I honestly don,t know but I,ll say it looks interesting.I,d have brought it home too.

I thought it looked like a carving of an Indian hand. I also found these in the same Area.

In my limited experience, when someone finds an artifact there isn't much question about it being one - there are definite signs that it has been created by human hands. One might not know exactly what it was used for, but you know that someone crafted it.
