I’ve been having a lot of downtime from Detecting all my good spots where I pretty much cleaned out isn’t worth the gas on getting there at this time. So I’ve been playing with the old buttons I have found and I separated two of this button to go on the display where I found all the rest of my 1812 buttons in that display. I wish I would’ve took a picture of it before it was a smooth flat button I put it in some lemon juice for a little bit and look and I saw what I thought was a circle I left it in there overnight not thinking anything would get ruined since it was just a flat button but here’s what I got when I woke up. I’ll see the calendar eagle in the cannonball and I think on the bottom I see a straight line and underneath” FG”. I’m seeing canons facing to the left but this one is facing toward the right and I can’t find it

I know it first looked like a Pelican Button, but the cannon wheel and the letters beneath the wheel point to something else. It looks like an E G under the wheel to me. Perhaps this might be it. You decide.

My pleasure buddy. We are fortunate to make out that much. Looks like found in or near a field where fertile were used. Good find, truth.

I am fairly confident that one is solved for you brother.
I hope so not seeing any wording on the top and it looks like the cannonballs RN the back of the wheel or maybe it’s just my eyes and I’m a recheck it and try to do a better angle but for right now this is it. I can’t find another one with REG underneath I believe there’s only one this one the one you showed me

And thanks for sharing, truth. You do great posts, brother.
I appreciate that all my sponsor far away and with these gas prices and Slim Pickens it’s got me looking through my old stuff And just cleaning it I swear it was smooth as a babies butt on the bottom where you couldn’t see anything I just put them in lemon juice and went for it and I was pleasantly surprised this morning it’s like Christmas

Sure, Truth. No problem.
There was magic involved.

Kenosha Kid ... Maestro of Misdirection.

Check out post #3. Where he says, " A few on here with the cannon facing right: "

While everyone was looking right ... he grabbed the fifth button down ... the one facing left ...
and it's been right here the whole time.

Remember the magic.
no intent to misdirect, was going off the OP’s post of “I’m seeing canons facing to the left but this one is facing toward the right and I can’t find it”, thus, the link showing 1 Regt cannons.

your comment is uncalled for.

It been strange that I can’t find one with the canon pointing to the right and the 10 cannon balls on the left is it that rare! Lol
