google lens came up with this Turkish coin, not exact.....Turkish perhaps.

Yes. Ottoman Empire coin. Late 19th to early 20th century. These are very hard for a Western eye to identify. The size would help determine to denomination.

To me this looks like an imitation coin that a belly dancer would wear. (hence the hole)
