I have a very limited knowledge of these photographs. However the rifle appears to be a Quackenbush. either

I have a very limited knowledge of these photographs. However the rifle appears to be a Quackenbush. either bb gun or 22 rifle, they made both. They were mostly used 1880-1930 period. Only thing I can tell you.
that matches up with time period of tintypes which was 1856 to the early 1900s.

I was going to say if you can I.D. the gun it gives you a good range of age but Pistol Pete honed right in on that and gave you a very good range from what era it would be.
