I was in the river and started finding the older brass swim buckles and clasps. I knew I was getting close to a good spot. I finally stumbled upon a concrete base, like for a bouy, only much bigger. Probably 4’ x 4’. I was out deep, at low tide. Then the good stuff started showing up.
