Good morning… any ideas on what this little leaf may have been … found last night in UK… !!!

In the same area the previous night found these possible (?) pot legs… just to give context … also near known Roman Pottery Site … TIA
First one, two, im thinking could be a number of ornate items like i have found here in OZ from Uk goldrush prospectors. Im still lost with what some are. Some I think are bits of utensils, some maybe handle bits. Some even plate, maybe handle bits, holder sections.
Either or anyway, they are great for us hunters to find. All apart of history that would otherwise be unknown 🤔......um....hang on....much stays unknown....🤔.....still good 😁👍

My first thought was either a strap-end or the finial from a mantle or grandfather clock. :icon_scratch:
Dave
Not a strap-end but maybe part of a fancy clock. Although it's anyones guess with these types of finds. Had many similar, didn't even try & research.
The cauldron feet or pot legs as stated looks correct. Very hard to date, didn't change much until the 17th C.
