That's a nice one. It's probably mid to late 19th century. It was probably made within 150 miles of where you live, but not necessarily. They were extremely common back in the day.

My father collects stoneware, he thinks it's possibly a tobacco jar, dated between 1840-1860. Not sure on the maker. But he also could be wrong, so don't quote me on it.
