Garage across street. Look up to dark horizontal branch (left side of tree in question in line with garage ) .
There is brighter background above and below the branch.
By hitting replay repeatedly you can see movement above and below. More movement above that dark horizontal limb.)

The dust blowing past the base of the tree when the vehicle bounces almost looks like the right front tire blew.
Not enough view beyond to confirm , and imagination tries to make the tire look damaged as it exits view.
