Illinois Hidden Treasure

I just got the "Bloodhound" for my GTI 2500. I wonder if there are any islands on the Illinois River near Hardin County where a lot of ships were looted, beached, burned, etc. I'm pretty sure that Duff and his gang had to have hidden some caches around there?

Does anyone know how deep the "Bloodhound" goes? Thanks everyone. HH
