Impact fractured Newnan

I've been going through my collection sorting out items. I usually keep the brokes in boxes in my garage or around trees in the yard. This Newnan I display because it's so colorful. Heat treated Coral and obviously used as a knife. Broke right down the center, dang!

You don't see that type of break often. That's for sure.

Here is another point with a similar impact fracture. I like it because of the spiral fossils in the material.
