I recently bought a used F19 with 3 coils- standard fisher 10x5, 5” dd, and Mars Tiger-10x13”. I was using it with wired headphones and coiled cord. But with my other detectors being wireless, I wanted same for the f19 but at low cost. I had a pair of “OneAudio” Bluetooth headphones BT 4.2 v. that worked with the equinox already. Looking on eBay I found
Taotronics TT-BA07 aptx LL Bluetooth BT 5.0 v receiver/transmitter module with 3.5 mm jack. It was $15. I took a chance that the module would be backwards compatible and work with the headphones. Results were fantastic. No perceptible lag and the module is so small it attached to to the f19 control box as shown in the picture. It doesn’t automatically pair when turned on but all it takes is a double press of power button on. The module and a long press on the headphones and it re-pairs in seconds. Now I enjoy my f19 fu
