Interesting find in the woods

Was out detecting in the woods and anytime I see a big fallen tree that's the first place I want to detect. However, I was totally surprised at what I found.

Thanks for the comments. . .
When I got to the opening of this tree all I could see was his back and as I started to quietly back away and set my detector down, he turned around so I grabbed my iPhone and snapped his photo. I watched him for a few minutes and his fur wasn't matted so I assumed he was healthy.
