Is this a meteor?

Hi!
I found a weird rock and I thought it might be a meteor. I tried to find something similar to it but I couldn't find any. All I know is that there are iron, rock and iron-rock meteors and this one is non-magnetic. Can anyone identify it? Thank you!

Weird-looking, but not a meteorite. You don't get vesicles like that in meteorites. Looks like it might be volcanic or some kind of industrial melt-product.
