Hello everyone.

I recently bought a little square draw-leaf table that extends out to about six feet. You lift up on the table part to push the ends back in. ?There is a little metal plaque underneath that reads, "J.H. Stringer, Ltd., Manufacturing Furnishers - Stourbridge". ?There are some wooden dowels or pegs underneath in certain places. ?I've Googled this until I'm goofy but can still not find a thing on this manufacturer or my little table. ?Does anyone know anything about them?

Thank you,

SouthernMiss

Go to the "Antique Roadshow" website. send them an email and perhaps a picture. Someone there will know what you have. The maker sounds very English to me. Good luck. 8)

Thank you both very much.? I'll try the Antiques Roadshow site.? I don't know if this is a misprint stamp, but I checked to make sure and it does indeed say "Stourbridge".

Happy Thanksgiving to you all, and bon appetit!
