The 1880 census shows John Gordon Ward, Ella Risqué Ward Caulkins, and Annie Morris Ward Johnson as residents in Escambia county, Florida, which leads one to believe that they moved there in the 1870's, and long before the Beale Papers were copyrighted and published by their father, James Beverly Ward.
Yes, they are buried in the Saint Johns Cemetery in Pensacola, Escambia county, Florida.

Much of Gen Andrew Jackson's Florida Campaign of which Major James Beverly Risqué was a part, took place in this Panhandle area of Florida that brought about the Adams-Onis Treaty that brought Florida into the United States, and remember, Risqué wanted a position in Jackson's Florida Territorial Government, but never was received.
Comparisons have been made to the signing and ratification of the Adams-Onis Treaty, and the treasure deposit dates mentioned in the Beale Papers.
It is interesting that three of Ward's children relocated to an area where their great grand father served under Jackson.

What I haven't determined is if the three Wards came to Florida at the same time, but it does seem that they all were unmarried when them came and were married in Florida.

NOTE*
Population of Escambia county, Florida:
1870-7,817
1880-12,156

Then we have the Hutter great grand children of James Beverly Risqué. Did any of that branch move to the panhandle of Florida?
There have been claims of CSA Major F C Hutter, James Beverly Ward's cousin, as being the "unknown author" of the Beale Papers.
F C Hutter's brother, CSA Major Edward S Hutter, did save CSA Sec of State Judah P Benjamin's Vattel's LAW OF NATIONS, which Benjamin used as a code book for his covert spy and blockade running services.
As with Risqué, Benjamin had a Florida connection with his Yulee and Benjamin cousins.
...But back to the previous question:
Did any of the Ward children cousins relocate to the panhandle of Florida?
