I found what appears to be either a boy scout or Girl Scout pin or pendant. Does anyone have a clue as to what it may be and a time frame. Thanks for the help.

It is a "Brownies" pin... the Girl Scouts equivalent of the Cub Scouts for boys too young to be A Boy Scout. It dates from the mid-20th-Century.
