Back in an area where my buddy Butch got his 1877 IH and the 1890 seated dime nailed last year I have made many trips here after the 1890 seated but came up empty handed today Ed and I were searching a field across from it Ed decided to give it another shot so we go, this area is hard to search mineralized rock every where witch comes up like silver this signal just sounded to good 6-7 inches down an 1899 Barber we keep say this has to be the last coin here, I'm not so sure about that Ed Butch and I have pounded this area for 20 years and made lots of old coin finds here... It's always that one last sweet find that keeps you going back... Congrats

it can be very frustrating to hunt places like that with the minerals giving you fits like that, I'd say you still pulled out some keepers for sure, congrats

That Barber's a beauty. Congratulations! Always love the 1800's dates.

Cool salvage from a Pirate! WTG!

Another nice one PP. Those parks don't stand a chance against you and Ed. :occasion14:
