Could it be a pipe bowl reamer?

I think you might have nailed it, the only place it could have come from was my dads possession's!!! I remember seeing it a long time ago I think it was my grandfathers he smoked a pipe and Cigarettes

I showed this to a friend of mine who's father was a pipe smoker
he said it definitely looks familiar he thinks his father had one very similar
he also said the top tool that looks like a small knife is most definitely for cleaning out a pipe bowl, he said his father had a few that were single tools, he wasnt sure what the other parts are used for but said probably for cleaning the mouth piece out
